At this time, we only accept E-transfer payments. Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our treats, all sales are final upon purchase.
How do I get my treats?
- Pickup is always available for FREE.
- Delivery within Chestermere $5.
- Delivery within Calgary $10
- Delivery is FREE in Calgary/Chestermere with purchases of $50 or more. Please contact us if you live outside of these areas for delivery options.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you don’t see what you need on the website, you can send me an email at info@treatsbytrish.ca in order to customize your treats. Customization can include certain flavors or colors of products already on the website, the creation of special baskets for an occasion, or a specific treat completely off of the menu; there is always a way to treat yo’self.
Will you take bulk orders?
Yes! If you want a big order for a party or an event, I can accommodate you as long as I have at least 2 weeks notice. You can email info@treatsbytrish.ca with further questions.
